We guarantee that we will refund any item, which has not been worn, washed, free from any stains, damage or residue and which is not marked final sale. Please note that for reasons of hygiene, underwear cannot be exchanged or refunded. You must return any item in perfect condition for resale to us within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. 

Evade reserves the right to refuse any request sent after the 15 day deadline or the return of any item that is not in the same condition as when received.

Please email info@evadelmv.com regarding the request - send your original product with your name, order number, email and the size you wish to exchange to the address above. Clothing will be inspected before starting the exchange or refund process.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

1) Email us at info@evadelmv.com with your information and order number in the subject line of the email. We will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours.

2) Please add comments in your email to better help us understand your return or exchange.

3) Make sure to email us within 15 days from the date of purchase.

3.1) North America: Return your Evade items within 7 days of your request. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept your return or exchange.

Shipping: When exchanging for a product of another size, the shipping costs to return the item(s) to us will be borne by the customer. Please consider the size details under each product before any purchase.

HOW IS THE REFUND MADE?

Refunds* are credited to the original payment method.

* : Shipping and customs charges are not refundable.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

PRODUCT ISSUES

Canada - USA - Mexico

If the product is faulty or damaged, we will be happy to provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please email us at info@evadelmv.com and provide us with photos and proof of the damage or defect. Once we receive the damaged clothing, it will be inspected and we will send the replacement item the same day.

International 

If the product is defective or damaged, please email us at info@evadelmv.com and provide us with photos and proof of the damage or defect. Once we receive it, it will be subject to inspection and we will ship the replacement item to you within 2-3 business days.

GOT THE WRONG ORDER?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us at info@evadelmv.com so that we can send you a prepaid return label and collect your correct items as soon as possible.

Please Note: If the items are worn and / or washed while it is in the wrong order, we cannot offer an exchange for the product shipped in error.

International Orders: We are unable to send a prepaid shipping label, so please email us at info@evadelmv.com to discuss the options.
