Our Process

Unlike viscose or rayon, our bamboo fiber is mechanically extracted, without the use of any chemical agent, which preserves each of its wonderful properties. Our textile is therefore ecological and much more sustainable. Carried out in a closed circuit, our mechanical extraction process allows the reuse of essential oil (a by-product of extraction) and minimizes water consumption.

In addition, all of our clothes are made locally. From the cutter to the printer, including our team of seamstresses and even our workshop, all are based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This ensures the quality of our manufacturing processes and reduces the risk of waste, while allowing optimal control of the production chain. Thus, we are able to ensure the quality of the finished product and the tailoring details such as the cut, the resistance of the seams and the general durability of our garments.
