We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Evade. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased, you can return your order for a refund. If the garment has an apparent defect, take a picture of it and email it. We will explain the procedure to you.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED FROM THE EVADE ONLINE STORE?
If you are not completely satisfied with any item ordered online, simply return it to us. We only accept returns of merchandise from the Evade online store that has not been worn, together with all the documents of delivery or gift receipt within 30 days of the delivery date.
IN WHAT CONDITION SHOULD THE RETURNED ITEM BE?
Returned items must be in the same condition as when you purchased them, that is, new, never worn, free from any stains, damage or residue.
WHAT CLOTHES CAN BE RETURNED?
All clothing¹ can be returned except for underwear.
¹: Discounted items as well as final sale items are non-refundable, as indicated in their description.
HOW DO I GET REIMBURSED?
Refunds² will be made using the original method of payment.
²: Delivery charges are non-refundable. You will receive an email notification when the return process is complete.

Make sure the items* have not been worn and that they still have all tags attached.
It takes 10 to 12 business days to receive and process your return.
*: Underwear purchased online cannot be returned.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN A PRODUCT THAT HAS NOT BEEN PURCHASED ON EVADELMV.COM?
We only accept products that have been purchased from the Evade online store. For purchases that are not from the online store, we suggest that you contact the store where you made your purchase for assistance.
HOW MUCH IS THE RETURN OF AN ITEM?
Delivery costs for a return are not covered. Please see our return & exchange section for more information.
WHAT TO DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
If an item purchased from the Evade online store does not meet Evade quality standards, you are invited to return it with the original invoice of your shipping slip on which you can indicate the product problem. Note that items should be sent using the standard returns procedure.

The price will vary depending on the weight of the order and the delivery address. We offer a flat rate for every part of the world and free shipping for orders over 200$ USD.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email will contain details for tracking your order. This will allow you to follow the delivery progress of your order.
WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM?
All online orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Delivery service may not be available on Saturdays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email, along with the tracking number of your order.
Delivery times are calculated from the day the order is shipped.
